SIG SOLAR

SIG Solar is a local solar installation company that’s proudly powering homes and businesses with clean, renewable energy. Rooted in craftsmanship, service, and community, SIG wanted merch that reflected their values—hardworking, American-built, and built to last.

This project called for a bold, patriotic design with a timeless, broken-in feel. The result is a tee that speaks to local pride, renewable energy, and a blue-collar work ethic, all in one.

Vintage Screen Printing Process

The design features a vintage-style screen print of the word SIG, with an embedded American flag pattern subtly integrated into the lettering. The entire graphic was finished with a distressed effect, giving it a weathered, authentic look—as if it’s been through a few job sites, solar installs, and sunny workdays.

This technique gives the shirt a genuine, worn-in character while keeping the branding strong and clear. It’s simple, impactful, and built for everyday wear.

The Garment of Choice

We selected the Next Level 3600 T-Shirt in black—a modern fit tee known for its comfort and durability. The soft 100% cotton fabric provided the perfect base for the distressed print, allowing the design to crack and fade just right over time.
