When printing a full color design with many shades and tones of colors where a more vibrant, sharp print is desired, we employ a simulated process or 4-Color CMYK process. Simulated process prints use a combination of spot colors and half tones to create all the colors in the image, whereas the 4 Color or CMYK printing process uses only cyan, magenta, yellow, and black inks to achieve the final results. Both are great and both have their specific applications based on your artwork and garment selection.
